Now that restaurants have closed again we bring that same fine dining to your home. Rack of Lamb options, Mushroom risotto, Authentic Ethnic recipes & Organic healthy options.

Main Course Selections



Free-range Australian Rack of lamb- marinated with extra- virgin olive oil, rosemary & red wine.A few choices below-


1) Garlic & Herb with dijon, panko and a side of fresh mint sauce


2) Our Signature Raspberry Mole- fresh raspberries and herbs reduced in an Adobo sauce ( little spicy)


Quesadilla Night! These are the read deal- Flour Tortillas (Gluten-free available) with Mexican Oaxaca cheese- want a healthier version with no cheese, just ask.


3) Flank Steak, with roasted poblano chilies & onions


4) Chicken, black beans, roasted Anaheim chilies and onions


5) Veggie- red bell peppers, black beans, corn, onion & cilantro


All quesadilla dinners come with sides of- pico de gallo, salsa verde, salsa roja, Mexican crema and fresh tortillas chips



6) Rigatoni Bolognese- Authentic Bologna Recipe - Organic beef chuck, tomato, diced carrots, celery & onion in a rich tomato herbed sauce - topped with Parmigiano Reggiano
