I know it has been a while since we last saw you, we have been super busy creating events again. We recently took a trip to Spain we would like to share with you., well..we provided the food & staff for a lovely sit-down dinner in an exquisite Spanish home... we hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
Appetizers were passed, wine was pouring..
First Course- Yellow and Red layered Gazpacho served in a Martini Glass with Blackened Tiger Prawns.
( yes, it looks like a Shrimp Cocktail ) Catalan Bread- YUM!
Second - Main Course- Paella! Chilean sea-bass, chicken, shrimp, black mussels, and squid. Saffron, tomato, ( a great) broth, and a few savory veggies baked in Bombay rice.
Third Course Cheese- El Trigal queso Manchego, Clarina five year gouda, and Monte Enebro
Dulce De Membrillo and Sweet olive Tortas complete this course
The Acoustic Guitar added the most perfect ambiance
A variety of Flan can entice one to indulge a bit more
