My Grandmother always made a Ham with red wine and brown sugar for the Holidays, This recipe has changed, but has always been a staple dish with my family and even catered holiday events. It is always accompanied with her Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin, I can't imagine one without the other

3) Chicken Marbella- slow roasted with prunes, olives, capers & garlic

4) Butternut Squash Ravioli - Sage Butter

5) Crispy Salmon- paprika, brown sugar, panko & butter

6) Wild Atlantic Salmon - pear tomatoes, garlic, lemon, capers & basil
