1) Chicken Fajitas- marinated and grilled with onions and bell peppers. Sides- house corn tortillas or flour tortillas, pico de gallo, avocado cream sauce
2) Grilled Angus Hanger Steak - marinated with dijon, garlic, rosemary, lemon. If you haven't tried this, I highly recommend it.
3) Asian Vegetable Stir-Fry with mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, bok choy, bell peppers, green onions & cashews - tamari, honey, ginger, garlic

1) Poppy Seed Spinach Salad- almonds & goat cheese- house poppy seed dressing

3) Garden Vegetable Rice
4) Grilled Asparagus with roasted pine nuts
5) Stuffed Zucchini Boat with black beans, corn, tomato, onion & cilantro
6) Mediterranean Faro Salad- cherry tomatoes, artichokes, kalamata olives, cucumber, feta, basil & mint
